INFORMATION OF [FUEL SURCHARGE]

JR KYUSHU JET FERRY / MIREJET COMPANY is allowed to collect a fuel surcharge from the visitor of our company vessel use. As you know, the rise in price with a fuel price is remarkable from last year, in connection with it, the operation cost of vessel our company is also increasing.

Although every effort was stepped up and we have so far reduced operation cost in our company, long-term rise in price continues with the vigor far exceeding anticipation, and within the limits of the efforts in our company, operation expense is nor easing.

Therefore, in order to continue stable operation, a part of expense burdens will be unavoidably asked of the visitor of our company vessel use. We will collect a fuel surcharge as follows until a crude price falls stably with the fixed level. We ask you to give me understanding and cooperation also in the visitor of our company vessel use.

1. Collection opening day : August 1st,2009
2. Fuel Surcharge :

from Fukuoka to Busan :500 Yen/person
from Busan to Fukuoka : 7,500 Won/person

3. Collection method:
We will collect directly at the counter of our company in the case of check-in, both in the Hakata harbor and Busan harbor.

4. In addition to this fuel surcharge does not have application of a cancellation charge.
